Elegifta.com and its associated mobile application(Coming Soon) (collectively, the “Website”) are owned and operated by Shaheen ElSadek Gifts Trading LLC, trading as Elegifta (“Elegifta”), for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries. Shaheen ElSadek Gifts Trading LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 1284293 and its registered office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to change or update our Terms from time to time to improve our services. Your continued use of the Website after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the Terms.

Stock Availability
Items in your basket are not reserved until the Order is paid for and accepted. If an item is unavailable after placing an Order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund.

Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-ordered items are charged at the time of Order placement and are subject to special conditions for payment and cancellation detailed in our Pre-Order policy.

Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel or change an Order at any time before it is processed. Changes are subject to stock availability and price adjustments.

Gifts and Promotions
Promotional gifts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders including promotional gifts are bound by specific conditions, which can be found on the promotional banner.

Prices
Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment
We accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard and cash on delivery. Payment details must be verified and authorized by us.

Returns
