Return Time Frame
You may return most items purchased from Elegifta within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.

How to Return

- You will receive return instructions and the address to which you should send the item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
